   August 22, 2008 Bandstand Music DJ Mark was DJ and Master of Ceremonies for a wedding in Elkhorn that garnered national attention.

Both the ceremony and reception was held at Indian Creek Country Club in Elkhorn. Four siblings (1 brother and 3 sisters) were all married to their significant others at the same time and place.

Approximately 400 guests attended to celebrate this once in a lifetime event. The story was so unique that all the couples appeared for an interview on Good Morning America earlier in the day.

Bandstand Music was proud to be part of this event.

   Once again Bandstand Music owner Steve Bergeron donated his time to be the official EmCee for the annual Duck race held in the atrium at the childrens hospital. Over 200,000 dollars was raised by the employees of childrens hospital. The money raised goes towards making Omaha's Childrens Hospital one of the most special places on earth.

Bandstand Music give three hearty cheers to the employees of the Omaha Children's Hospital.

   Hi everyone! Been awhile since my last news post. Needless to say we've been busy as heck around Bandstand Music.

We are currently in developement of a new Bandstand Music website that we hope will be posted this year.

We have also been busy experimenting with video lately and have just added a new intro video with yours truly on the home page of Bandstandmusic.com.

In addition we've just added 24-hour on-line phone service that will give all of our customers a live voice twenty four hours a day.

We are also in the process of creating our new DJ bio videos. That's right... instead of taking our word for it you'll be able to see our staff first hand.

   Bandstand & College World Series
Come and Party with Bandstand Music and the rest of the College World Series Fans. In additition to a full schedule of Weddings Bandstand Music will be at Castle Barretts barrettsomaha in Omaha on Friday & Saturday June 15th and 16th and Friday & Saturday June 22nd and 23rd. Our times for all four nights are from 9:00 to 1:00. We will be providing loud and rockin' dance music for all the College World Series fans that attend the parties each night at Barrett's Pub & Grill. The Party Hall of Castle Barrett's is where we will be and it's just right accross the parking lot from Barrett's Pub. Good luck to all the teams in the 2007 College World Series.

For over 14 straight hours Bandstand Music DJ's Zach Sutton and Katie Freeman provided the music and microphone for all of the entertianment and announcements. Bandstand Music is proud to have taken part in such a worthy cause.

   Bandstand Music DJ and Owner Steve Bergeron was the announcer for the Omaha Children’s Hospital Duck Races for the fourth year in a row. The charity event was held on June 7th in the atrium of the Children’s Hospital and had a huge turnout. Employees of the Children’s Hospital raised over $136,000.00 this year. Their donations will go towards supporting the incredible support, medical technology, and programs that the Children’s Hospital Offers to not just the kids of Omaha but to patients who are brought in from around the world. Bandstand Music is proud to donate time to the event every year and will continue to do so for this great cause.    Bandstand Music has just posted a two minute promo video on the site. To access this video click on the video box in the on the right side of the home page. This box is located right underneath the image of Steve Bergeron.

   Online video is where it's at. For six months Bandstand Music has had vidoes of some of our DJ's on YouTube.com and Google.com. We have just added some of those videos to the Bandstand Website and more are on the way. These videos were quickly put together to experiment with our online marketing.    Bandstand DJ's Steve Bergeron and David Nihsen teamed up with Absolute Entertainment owner Jim Morrison to MC the 2007 Kids Explore at the MAC Center in CB.
The event was a huge success and Bandstand Music was honored to have played a part.

   Owner of Bandstand Music Steve Bergeron will be MC'ing the Kids Explore expo on February 10th and 11th at the MAC Center in Council Bluffs.
